Waffles (eggless)

This is a very easy and quick recipe. The batter doesn’t need to stand for long before it can be used, and it lasts a few days in the fridge.
Ingredients
2 c (240 g) flour
4 t (20 ml) baking powder
2 t (10 ml) sugar
2 c (500 ml) milk
2 T (30 ml) oil
2 T (30 ml) water
1 t (5 ml) vanilla
4 T (55 g) butter, melted
Method
Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, oil, vanilla and butter together. Add the flour mixture and mix lightly. Let the batter stand for a few minutes. For most waffle machines, ¼ cup of the batter should make one waffle.
Makes ± 16 waffles.
