Greek meatballs

The meatballs are very quick to make, and can be eaten hot or cold. Serve it with pitas, hummus, tzatziki and greek salad.
Ingredients
600 g mince
1 egg
1 c bread crumbs
½ red onion, grated
1½ t garlic, crushed
1 t parsley
6-8 big mint leaves, finely chopped
½ t oregano
1 T olive oil
¾ t salt
¼ c flour, for coating
oil for fry
Method
Mix all the ingredients, except the flour, together. You can mix it quite a lot. Form small balls – use a tablespoon to get similar sizes. Roll the meatballs in flour and fry in a pan with a bit of oil (just enough to cover the bottom of the pan) over a medium high heat, turning frequently.
Makes 30 small meatballs.
