Breakfast smoothie

Ingredients
100 g strawberries, frozen (Note 1)
1 orange, peeled and cut into pieces
1 banana, frozen (Note 2)
handful baby spinach
water
5 ml (1 t) honey (optional)
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender (Nutribullet, etc.), and add enough water to get the desired thickness (usually ± 125 ml). Add honey if you like a sweeter smoothie, or if the fruit is not sweet enough.
Enough for smoothie.
Recipe notes
Note 1: Cut the fresh strawberries into thin pieces, and freeze in a single layer.
Note 2: Peel and cut the banana into rounds, and freeze in a single layer.
