Sweet and Sour Sauce

This is the closest I have gotten to the authentic Chinese sweet and sour sauce you get with Chinese take-aways. It’s great with any pork dish.
Ingredients
83,3 ml (⅓ c) rice vinegar (or any white vinegar)
60 ml (4 T) brown sugar
15 ml (1 T) tomato sauce
5 ml (1 t) soy sauce
10 ml (2 t) Maizena
20 ml (4 t) water
Method
Mix the vinegar, brown sugar, tomato sauce, and soy sauce in a small pot and bring to a boil. Mix together the Maizena and water, and add to the mixture in the pot. The sauce will start to thicken.
Serve with pork.
