Spice for taco mince

This is my go-to food (tacos) when I’ve run out of ideas for what to make. It’s easy, and fast. The mince can also be used to make wraps (burritos).
Ingredients
2.5 ml (½ t) chili powder (or more for more bite)
15 ml (1 T) ground cumin
7.5 ml (1½ t) paprika
7.5 ml (1½ t) smoked paprika
5 ml (1 t) salt
5 ml (1 t) ground coriander
Enough for ±500 g mince.
For a more saucy mince, add 1 teaspoon Maizena to the spice mix and add ½ cup beef stock to the mince.
